One of the buffalo (disguised) refused to passresulting in a fight with Bheem. In the fight, Bheem ripped apart the buffalo in many pieces. After this, the places where the parts of the buffalo fell were made temples of Lord Shiva. The trekking trip will start from Sankri the next day towards Juda Ka Talab which is based at 9100 feet and takes about 5 hours climbing to reach the destination. Jadu ka talabis the first campsite where the trekkers will stay in tents. From Juda ka talab on the following day you need to trek up to 11,250 feet towards Kedarkantha base which is again at a distance of approximately 4.5 kms. The destination is the Kedarkantha peak which is based at a height of 12,500 feet and this trek can be a little challenging as compared to others.
